Dave Lishansky is a trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Mastery Method coach. Dave helps individuals and couples overcome the patterns and conflicts that leave them feeling stuck, alone, unfulfilled, disconnected, and depleted.

Dave’s journey toward self-development began when he was awakened to the fact that, despite his best intentions, he wasn’t showing up fully to his romantic partnership. In conflict, he’d shut down and seek the nearest exit to peace, abdicating his integrity and his responsibility to his partner in the process. When he recognized that this pattern began to take a toll on the relationship, he began therapy, coaching, and attended men’s groups to try to understand what was creating the sense of distance, separation, and dissatisfaction for him and his beloved.

Through that work, Dave discovered the power of an un-shaming group of men and how to pay attention to his emotions and inner experiences. He learned that the inner guidance of intuition was not only always available to him, but it also allowed him to participate more fully in his life and relationships. He remains a dedicated traveler on the path of self-evolution, ever seeking the balance of connection with self, his beautiful partner, and the world around him, and loves helping his clients do the same.

Dave believes relationships reveal an innate inner calling to deepen connection with ourselves and others. Our closest relationships show us the parts of us we’ve forgotten, neglected, banished, or overindulged. By integrating these parts, we can work with a fuller picture of ourselves and our triggers, and build a vision for what we most want in life. Dr. Siew is a licensed and board-certified Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. She offers grounded, compassionate care with the intention for her patients to experience being heard and supported in every stage of their health journey.

Her own experience with acupuncture and integrative medicine inspired her clinical focus of women’s health. In the midst of studying pre-medicine in Boston, she experienced monstrous PMS, depression, anxiety, and debilitating periods.

After several hospitalizations due to extreme menstrual pain, and jumping from physician to physician without any answers, she sought out the support of a women’s health acupuncturist as a last resort. This was the first time in years of seeking help where her symptoms were validated and met with curiosity, and she received integrative care that resolved the root issue within months.

This experience inspired Dr. Siew to pivot from biomedicine to Traditional Chinese Medicine to support the countless women who are facing similar challenges and yearning to be heard, seen, and supported in their reproductive health journeys.

Her practice is centered on serving women and couples with reproductive health and fertility challenges, from cycle support (for conditions like Endometriosis, PCOS, and PMDD) through fertility and postpartum.

Dr. Siew completed her Doctoral (DACM) and Masters (MSTCM) degrees at Pacific College of Health and Science in San Diego, which included 4800 hours of clinical and didactical hours in acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, and western medicine.
